SHIPPING AND HANDLING
  • All packages are shipped via USPS.
  • Shipping rates vary depending on the weight of the order and the location it is being shipped to.
  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping details on the Checkout Page.
  • If additional items are added, shipping rates will change.
  • Orders are shipped within 2-business days of being received.
  • Once your order ships and a tracking number has been assigned, we’ll send you an email with all the details.
  • Your merchandise will arrive to you in 4-10 business days depending on location.
  • There will be extra delivery fees for orders that must be reshipped, intercepted or have address updates if the order has already been shipped to its original shipping destination. Customers will be notified of the cost before they are charged.
  • We ship to all P.O. Boxes and APO/AFO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.   It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages while clearing customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product, there may be several options available to you.
  • All returns must be received within 15 days of purchase.
  • DVDs and CDs can only be returned if unopened.
  • Clothing and accessories can only be returned if unworn and in the same condition it was received.
  • We will NOT accept any damaged products and these will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Final sale items do not qualify for return or exchange. These items are marked “final sale.”
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any returns that do not meet the listed criteria will be denied and returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Returns will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
  • An email confirmation will be sent once refund is processed. Your credit card should show a credit within 3 – 5 business days (note: some banking institutions may require additional days to process).

Exchanges
  • All exchanges must be received within 15 days of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there were any discrepancies upon opening package such as scratches, cracked items, unrecorded material/blank, wrong item.
  • DVDs and CDs can only be exchanged if any discrepancies upon opening package such as scratches, cracked items, or unrecorded material/blank.
